Direct bookings:
Dates are reserved once we receive 50% of the total booking fee. The total booking fee is due 30 days prior to the check in date.
Cancellation policy:
100% refund for any days we are able to rebook (minus any lost revenue due to rate changes, etc.)
For days we are not able to rebook:
100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days prior to the check in date.
50% refund for cancellations between 14 - 30 days prior to the check in date.
No refund for cancellations within 14 days prior to the check in date.
